Morisi & Oatway, P.C. was founded in 1984 by Michael V. Morisi. We are located in Quincy, Massachusetts, and represent business owners, contractors, brokers, commercial banks, commercial insurers, real estate developers, and individuals throughout the state of Massachusetts. We also serve as co-counsel on a variety of legal matters.

We represent and advise our clients on a broad range of legal matters including negotiation and litigation of business and real estate matters, business transactions, including sales and acquisitions of real estate and business assets; workouts of problem transactions.
